The fantastic Marble Beach is one of the best beaches in Thassos. On the beach you will find the crystal turquoise water of the Aegean Sea and marble chips instead of white sand, which never heats up in the sun. Car parking is free next to the beach and you can always find a spot. The road to the beach is difficult and very dusty. Near the beach there are active quarries for the extraction of white marble and therefore marble dust will always be with you until the very beach.
