A reported unauthorised structure in Alexandra, Johannesburg, has been demolished after City officials moved in to enforce municipal by-laws.
MMC Kenny Kunene was on the ground alongside RD Thaba Makgafela, CRUM and the Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department (JMPD) following reports of the structure.
Officials issued a warning before the unoccupied, unfinished structure was demolished.
The operation sends a clear message about compliance with Joburg’s municipal by-laws, while Region E remains under monitoring.
